Bangor First is keen to promote the unique culture of Bangor. We will pursue new ways to cultivate interest for the high street & upper Bangor. By combining local culture and international influence we want Bangor to fulfill its potential as a lively and vibrant city.

We Will:

• Develop events to attract visitors 

• Form partnerships with local arts groups and seek funding for arts and culture projects 

• Brighten up grot spots with inspiring murals and artworks 

• promote and encourage a more vibrant nighttime economy

• Encourage and supporting events proposed by BAME groups 

• Hold an annual pride event to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community
